The Workato GO mobile app brings AI-powered automation to your iOS device. This enables you to maintain productivity when away from your desk. The Workato GO mobile app provides essential capabilities for mobile productivity. You can search across your company's connected applications, interact with custom genies, and review recent conversations.

The Workato GO mobile app is available for iOS 16 and later.

Search

The mobile app search feature scans your company's internal tools and public resources to return relevant results from sources like Google Drive, Slack, Confluence, and Salesforce. Search includes the following abilities:

• Context-aware routing: Workato GO determines whether a query is best served by a genie, a search result, or both.

Search enables you to find specific information, retrieve documents, surface updates, and initiate tasks. For example:

• Most recent sales proposal for Acme
• Q2 planning
• I need to create a Google slide for a new prospect

Chat

You can interact with genies and Enterprise data through chats. Workato GO enables you to attach photos from your gallery, capture images with your device camera, or upload files from your file system.

Chat history and threads

You can access your chat history under Recents and continue threads started on your desktop.

Complete the following steps to download the Workato GO mobile app:

Go to the App Store on your iOS device.
